Pleasant and relaxing stay, clean and chill atmosphere, nice food variety and fresh fruits/vegetables, helpful and friendly staff, comfortable room and clean bathroom.

We enjoyed the cleanliness of the facilities, including the comfortable and well-maintained room and two spacious swimming pools. The hotel's location close to the beach and nearby clubs in the center of the city made it convenient for us to enjoy different activities. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. The staff, especially Arslan and Batyr at the reception, were friendly and helpful.

The hotel we stayed at during our city break had a perfect location, only a few steps away from the beach and close to bars and shops. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including a daily refreshed minibar. The meals were great with a variety of options, especially the fresh fruits and vegetables. The lack of activities and entertainment. There was no animation or kids club, and the small swimming pool was the only place to relax.
